Puppy Yoga!
We are excited to be hosting puppy yoga at our location in Fremont! Visit our instagram to see when the next event will be! Puppy Yoga will be held onsite, please bring a mask and a yoga mat. Our classes house up to 15 students, so sign-up as soon as possible!
Before signing up for a class make sure you thoroughly review the following:
- Covid Safety Requirements
- Enrollment, Cancelation, and Waitlist requirements.
- Additional info about the venue to help you plan and prepare accordingly!

Ongoing Events:
Meeting Cameos: Reserve puppy or kitten time for your meeting! Puppies or kittens will be on screen in your Zoom meeting, host will introduce you to the puppies, the rescue, and answer any questions. Reservations are for 10 min increments, but you can reserve multiple time slots and get the 5 min buffer time included between sessions for free!
Zoom Rooms: Join our zoom room and watch puppies and/or kittens on camera for long chunks of time sleeping, playing, and having a great time! $5 suggested donation per person. Sign up for a time to get the link and password for the Zoom room, but come in whenever you want and stay as long as you want!
Strive & Uplift Classes: Join foster mom, Kira, for her Pilates classes through Strive & Uplift. Puppies will be on camera as we move & workout. Follow the link below to sign up for class through Strive & Uplift! Use this calendar to see which classes will have puppies in them:
